Evidence dates: the quick answer and shared tracker use the same historical global source-review record. On 18 October the official app URL loaded only a blank shell in the logged-in browser check, so this page’s editorial modification date does not announce a new test or establish that the current form was readable. Check the publisher destination for current eligibility and terms.
This guide deliberately does not reproduce every survey question. Eligibility fields, regions, age gates, consent wording, and test plans can change. Use the current official form, read the terms shown for your account and region, and never install a “beta client” supplied through an unverified direct message.
Check your registration confirmation, not a release countdown
After using the official form, check whether it actually confirms registration for your account. Keep any official confirmation for your own records; this independent guide cannot inspect your account, validate an invitation or recover a missing message. If a survey is offered separately, do not assume that registration automatically completed it.
An invitation is a later, separate decision. Before installing anything, verify the sender and destination against the official campaign, then look for the test name, dates, supported region and client source. Is there a Nodusfall demo?
A playable development build was shown to invited press at gamescom, but there is currently no public Nodusfall demo, open trial or downloadable beta client. Footage from that controlled build proves that a demo environment existed for the event; it does not mean the same build is available to players or safe to download from an unofficial mirror.
If you want to play Nodusfall, use the official registration path below and wait for HoYoverse to publish a dated test with an official client source. Do not buy “demo keys,” install repacked event builds or treat a video description as a download announcement.

Current Nodusfall beta status

GAME Watch’s development-team briefing says beta information will come later. That is stronger than a rumor but still leaves every operational field open. Does pre-registration guarantee beta access?
No. Pre-registration generally records interest, and a recruitment survey can provide information used when a developer selects a test group. Neither action is the same as receiving an invitation. HoYoverse has not announced that all registrants will be admitted or that completing the survey creates a queue position.
A real invitation should arrive through a channel identified in the official campaign terms. It should state the test name, dates and time zones, supported platform, region, client source, account requirements, and any confidentiality rules. Until those details exist, claims such as “instant access,” “limited keys left,” or “pay to reserve a slot” are not supported.
Do not submit the survey repeatedly in an attempt to force selection. Duplicate entries may not improve eligibility and could make account records harder to interpret. One accurate submission through the official flow is the sensible approach.
What is the recruitment survey for?
Recruitment surveys commonly help a development team understand a potential tester’s region, device, play habits, language, availability, and experience. The visible Nodusfall flow indicates interest in future participation, but the exact selection logic is not public. There is no verified “best answer” guide.
Answer truthfully. A test team may need a mix of hardware, experience levels, regions, and play styles. Pretending to own a device, claiming a false location, or copying someone else’s answers could make a future test less useful and may conflict with participation terms.

How will you know a beta announcement is real?
A complete announcement should be traceable to HoYoverse and answer practical questions. Which platform will the beta use?
Unknown. The development team has confirmed PC as a planned game platform, but it has not announced a dated test or said that the first test will be PC-only. The China approval record lists mobile and client categories; it does not announce beta devices or a global iOS or Android launch. Assigning any device to a beta still needs a test-specific announcement.
When a test is announced, check the platform field separately from the game’s broader launch plan. A PC technical test would not rule out later console support, and a limited mobile companion test would not confirm a native mobile release.
What happens after registration?
Keep your HoYoverse account email current, retain the submission confirmation, and monitor the official site. Avoid unofficial countdowns. If invitations are selective, no message may arrive; silence does not necessarily mean registration failed.
If selected, read the full test agreement before downloading. Development tests may wipe progress, limit regions, prohibit streaming, use temporary servers, collect diagnostics, and change systems without notice. Will the Nodusfall beta have an NDA?
